NBA Pick'Em 04/25: Playoffs
Thanks for finding your way back. In the past two days, NBA Pick'Em is 7-0. It feels good to finally be on the winning side of history for once. They say that history is written by the victorious. I wonder what I'll write about?
April Yesterday (24th), 2017 Picks:

Wizards @ Hawks, pick Hawks, WON
Warriors @ Trailblazers, pick Warriors, WON

April Today (25th), 2017 Picks:
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Houston Rockets
Let me tell you a story, children. When a team is up 3-1 in a series and is playing game 5 at home, they enjoy a healthy win percentage of .791. I'm rooting for Houston for one and only one reason tonight: awkward MVP ceremony in June.
Memphis Grizzlies @ San Antonio Spurs
What a grind that roadtrip was, eh, San Antonio? Don't you worry, though, you're home now. It was all a bad nightmare. Let's remind ourselves two things, the Grizzlies had a good chance to win Game 3 after the DATA RANT and the Grizzlies won Game 4 by hitting a game-winning shot in OT (not to mention Ginobili, Green, and Parker shooting a combined ZERO-12 from three). This isn't one to overthink. Enjoy it when the Grizz play well, but book a trip to Houston in the meantime.
Utah Jazz @ Los Angeles Clippers
The only thing Chris Paul didn't do well in game 4 was shoot the three well. Same with JJ Redick. Jamal Crawford and Ray Felton sure did, though. So you can't really expect them to play all that much better from outside. You can, however, expect the Jazz to regress from their 45.5% outside shooting. I think the Jazz smell blood in the water. Which is a weird metaphor to use since they're the Utah Jazz, not the Utah Sharks. My apologies.
